  • Initial interviews with key stakeholders to understand and formulate the coaching focus.

  • An assessment program using relevant instruments such as The Highlands Ability Battery, The Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Myers-Briggs, and 360 interviews to gather feedback for the client.

  • A client development plan--Creating goals, actions, measures of success, and a specific time line.

Individual coaching sessions are conducted in person and by telephone.
