How is the coaching conducted?
Together, with our clients, we design
an individually tailored coaching program that begins with an assessment,
followed by individual 30 to 60 minute coaching sessions. We meet with
clients in person and by telephone.
"We all have blind spots, and very often it’s these blind spots that keep us
from getting what we want out of life. The coaching shined a light into those
dark corners of my thought processes so that I could get in touch with my goals
and come up with concrete ideas as to how to achieve them.”
