Nancy D. Johnson, M.S., LPC holds a Masters' degree, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has over twenty-five years experience in the field. As an executive coach, Ms. Johnson helps professionals achieve optimal leadership and career success without compromising the quality of their lives. Combining her clinical, diagnostic and organizational skills with the use of assessment tools such as The Highlands Ability Battery, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory for Leaders, Myers-Briggs, and 360 interviews, Ms. Johnson offers a unique perspective and set of skills for enhancing the professional's development. She recently contributed a chapter to the book, Mind-ful Consulting, entitled "Executive Coaching as an Organizational Intervention."
Susan E. Peterman, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and owner of Crossroads Behavioral Health in West Hartford and Middletown, Connecticut. She earned her B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, and her M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Virginia. She has received her executive coach training from the College of Executive Coaching. Dr. Peterman has diverse professional interests, and has worked in a variety of settings as a psychotherapist and leadership consultant/executive coach. With an interest in development across the lifespan, she has worked with individuals launching their career, making career transitions, and creating their life visions. |
